Betty Lou Hayden Keen MARION, Va. Betty Lou Hayden Keen, age 71, passed away Tuesday, July 6, 2010, at the Francis Marion Manor. Mrs. Keen was born in Saltville, Va., to the late Thomas Hayden and Nora Myrtle Kestner Hayden, and was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Keen. She was retired from Virginia House Furniture after several years of employment. Survivors include: three children, Michael Dwayne Keen, Chilhowie, Karen Hollandsworth and husband John, Marion, Deana Conner and husband Stan, Chilhowie; three sisters, Nancy Hayden, Rural Retreat, Va., Judy Stamper, Lenoir, N.C., Shirley Hall, Sevierville, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Jacob Hollandsworth, Kayla Hollandsworth, Luke Conner; two great-grandchildren, Loralei and Syndi Hollandsworth; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a very special thank you to Anna Ruth Hayden Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2010, at the Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Mark Lundy officiating. Interment will follow in St. Clair's Bottom Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:30 - 11 at the funeral home or any time at the residence of Karen and John Hollandsworth.
