Betty Rowland interview with film maker Romeo Carey 2012

Romeo Carey

March 16, 2015

Dearest Betty,
I'm honored to have been able to meet and interview you for the film documentary. What an amazing life you lived.
I'll always treasure the original "The World's Greatest Sinner" movie script you gave me, after receiving it from my father more than fifty-years ago. How organized you must have been in life to have kept the script so long.
I'm certain you have met-up with my Dad by now and heaven is rejoicing with the return of an Angel.
Bless you and your husband Vance and grand daughter for for arranging our brief time we had together.
I will always keep a fond memory of you and your warm smile. My heart goes out to your family during this mournful time.
I won't be able to come to your funeral because I will be teaching. I know that you would understand, having been a former teacher yourself.
God Bless you Betty.
Forever Yours
Romeo Carey

God Bless you all as we reflect on her beautiful face and memory. I have known her nearly all my life and she was a wonderful and caring woman and I know she loved me as much as I loved her. Praise the Lord that she gave birth to my childhood and adulthood best friend forever, Veronica. I love you Veronica. Gary and I are there in spirit and will see you in April. May her light shine forever more. Amen.
