PERKINS Simon John Retired from Portsmouth Social Services. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 10th June 2016,
aged 68 years.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Swini and all his family and friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at Portchester Crematorium on
Thursday 23rd June at 3.00 pm
