While growing up Mr. Brisco was always there to greet me with a smile, while shaking his head. He was a wonderful man and had a tremendous amount of patience. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. All our love.

My wife was Jackie's visiting teacher and Bill was one of my counselors in the Fairfield Ward Sunday School Presidency. We can honestly say that there was no greater gentlman than Bill. He'll be missed.

Mike and I enjoyed meeting Bill after he married our dear friend Karen Lunt. His warm and kind heart, great intelligence and "renaissance man" qualities made him a wonderful person to be around. He will be missed by all who knew him. He will also be welcomed by those on the other side of the veil as a wise and faithful servant of his Father in Heaven.
Our condolences to his family and to Karen.
Best Wishes, Mike and Roberta Clement
