Bill R. Hamm, age 70, died January 18, 2017, from complications of back surgery.
He was born December 14, 1946 in Nicholas County, Ky., to the late Avery and Nancy (Livingood) Hamm.
Bill is survived by his wife of 47 years Darla (Stephan) Hamm; daughter: Staci Erin (Bill) Metzger; son: Brandon Scott Hamm; three grandchildren: Stephanie and Courtney Metzger and Bryce Hamm; sisters: Mae, Barbara and Linda.
In addition to his parents Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Avery, and two sisters Lena and Virginia.
Bill attended Tipp City Schools. He worked 23 years at Dinner Bell Foods, NDM in Morraine, and retired from Arc Abrasives in 2009. He left everything he touched better than he found it.
Private Memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
