You have gone to be with the Father. The lessons you taught us will remain engrained within us for ever. You and Mrs. Liggett never turned a kid away. We knew we were always welcome. I've known your family since I was 5 years old. Today I'm 62. I'd say that was a pretty good run.

Bill was a great influence in not only my life but my families. I appreciated his ability to be direct and caring at the same time. I can speak for my sons as well appreciating his great efforts in Royal Rangers while under Bills leadership. My deepest condolences to Ann and the entire family. He will never be forgotten by me and I look forward to great conversation with him in heaven when my time comes.
