I had the privilege of rubbing shoulders with Bill and working with him in several matters of litigation. What a wonderful man! I know how important his family was to him. I appreciated his professionalism and his commitment to the community. What a gentleman! One quick story stands out in my mind. Several years ago we were walking down the streets of Salt Lake City when a man approached Bill looking for handout. Without any hesitation, Bill reached into his pocket and pulled out everything he,and gave it to him. It deeply touched me. This lesson of kindness and Christlike charity continues to light my life and has set an example of how I strive to be. Our hearts and prayers are with his family!

I didn't know Bill well, but his SIL Pam is my best friend, so I did keep up on what Bill and his family were doing. When he came into the Shrine Office it was a joy to greet him. He will certainly be missed by the whole Utah Masonic Family and anyone else that had the good fortune to cross his path.

I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing. He was always one of those people in life that one looked up too. I send my blessings to all the family and loved ones. I am sure his incredible marks on this earth will never be forgotten. He was a gentle person or as said, "Gentle Giant" whose accomplishments are amazing.

On behalf of the entire Marchand, Albert, & Camacho families, we wish to express our sorrow for your loss.

With Love - the family from France

Bruno and I wish to extend our sympathies to your entire family. "Uncle Bill" has always held a very special place in our hearts and we shall cherish many fond memories of moments shared together. For Bruno - the night he took Aunt Vickie and Uncle Bill to the Jazz church in Las Vegas holds a very special place in his heart. For myself there were so many memorable experiences... it was Uncle Bill who taught me how to 2-step, along with Aunt Vickie they showed me how to do a lead bridge in Greek dancing, and certainly tops on my list... would be the night we "did" New York City from Eastside to West until the wee hours of the morning. How he insisted on seeing both myself and my friend home by cab after first stopping by the Hard Rock Cafe so that we could buy presents for his kids. His generous and loving nature shall be very much missed by all who knew him. We feel certain that he is up in heaven - playing music and teaching every one how to dance....opa dear "Uncle Bill"! We shall miss you very much.

With love always, Denise & Bruno

Bill was a good friend for 40 years. We met on the Bicentennial commission, we were instant comrades,
Obert Tanner was the chairman and Jack Gallivant is the cochairman. You became good friends, we needed each other.
