Bill Jim Pew, age 40, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Sunday, May 23, 2010, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born December 10, 1969 in Harrison. He graduated from Russellville High School in 1988 and received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Arkansas in 1996. Bill was first and foremost dedicated to the ones he loved and his Heavenly Father. He was a loving and caring husband, son, brother and uncle. He was also anxiously awaiting the birth of his first child, Emerson Grace, in July. He is remembered with love and affection by everyone who knew him. Survivors include his wife, Kellee of Fayetteville; his mother, Carol Pew of Fayetteville; his father, Truman Pew and wife, Virginia, of Russellville; his sister, Tracy Anderson and husband, Jerry, of Fayetteville; his nephew, Taylor Karnes, and nieces, Breanna, Olivia, and Chloe Karnes of Fayetteville; and his aunts, uncles, and cousins from around the country. The family would also like to thank his work family, Springdale Public Schools, of whom he spoke of with high regard. There will be a memorial service for family and friends at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Shinn Funeral Service in Russellville officiated by the Rev. Paul Seay and the Rev. Red Dixon. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Emerson Grace Pew Education Fund, care of Arvest Bank, Post Office Box 1327, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72702. Thank you, Bill, for all the wonderful memories. Our love goes with you and our souls wait to join you.
