One thing about Bill that I will always remember is that his main priority in his life was his children. Blake and Alexis your Dad loved you so much. He was all about his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and I know he will be greatly missed.

The first time I met Bill, I was on my knees and looked up to see the tallest man I'd ever seen. He was certainly someone I could look up to! It didn't take long to realize that I looked up to him because he was a wonderful person and a dear friend. I will always cherish the the time and thoughts he shared with me.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I graduated high school with Bill in 1981 and remember him as a very kind person. I also remember him being on the Vol Fire Dept and leaving school at the ring of his pager. I know he will be missed by all. May God be with his family during this time of sorrow.
