Billie Robinson

Billie Jean Robinson (McCullough), age 81, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Born on October 23, 1943, in Birmingham, Alabama, Billie lived a life marked by deep love, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family and community.

A caring mother, devoted wife, and faithful friend, Billie was known for her warmth and the genuine kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her home was a place of comfort and welcome-always open to others-and her heart was even wider. She had an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel seen, heard, and deeply appreciated.

Billie was a longtime member of Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church, where she found spiritual fulfillment and community. Her faith guided her life and inspired the many enduring friendships she cultivated over the years. She also cherished the friendships she cultivated over the years with neighbors in the Beaver Hills community in Lilburn, Georgia, where she raised her three sons.

She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 63 years, Gerald Robinson; her sons - Keith Robinson (and his husband, William), Micheal Robinson (and his wife, Cheri), and Kenny Robinson (and his wife, Sheila); and her grandchildren Robert, Alyssa, and John. Each of them carries forward the values she instilled-love without condition, strength through grace, and joy in everyday moments. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Irene; and her brother, Jimmy.

Her memory and legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. A memorial service will be held at Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church in Dacula, Georgia on October 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
