Billy,

Most of us go through life not knowing what impact we’ve had on others. I can honestly say you had one of those personalities that will be hard to forget. You always had a way of making us all laugh without malice. You always had a funny story about one of your life’s experiences. And, you always had a genuine kindness about yourself without pretense.

The Lord has allowed me the pleasure of your friendship and camaraderie on earth. Now, the all saints and angels in heaven, get the pleasure of your humor, laugher and kindness, forever.

God Bless You and Good Bye my Friend.

A quick story about Billy. On Monday when I found out the tragic news I was obviously shaken. A co-worker, who had just joined our team, noticed I looked down and depressed and she inquired, "Jason, what is wrong?" I replied, "Did you know Billy" and she responded, "Yeah, he is the only one that has been nice to me since I got here" That was our friend Billy. I will miss you!

Billy was a colleague at Siebel Systems. He made a lot of people laugh there. He was a very easy going, happy kind of a guy. He was liked by everyone. Unfortunately his life was cut too short and we all miss him. Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Billy - I miss you terribly. I was looking forward to your annual trip to San Diego/AFCEA. Though I have known you most of my life, I was very happy to spend more time with you during the past five years. Your ability to make people laugh is a gift and that makes you a very special person (laughter is good for the soul). My thoughts, prayers and love are with you and your family.

Dear Billy,

I am saddened to hear of your untimely passing. You were a reliable source of sincerity and an unquestionably copious source of laughter for all around you.

Billy,

I remember you as a person who always had a smile on your face and a laugh in your heart. You could always find the humor in a situation, easily raising the spirits of the people that surounded you. May God enjoy your happy spirit and may you spread laughter throughout the heavens.

You will be missed here on Earth.

Billy was a wonderful person who was literally liked by everyone! He always made others smile and laugh. I distinctly remember him talking often about his neice and how much he loved her. Billy touched many people and will always be remembered. We will all keep Billy and his family in our prayers.

Billy,

It's amazing how many lives you touched both at home and across the globe. You never had a bad thing to say about anyone, and everyone always had positive things to say about you.

We'll miss you,

Billy,

At 43 you had yet to live your life completely yet you sure did live it fully. I have only fond memories from flying kites in our pre-teen years to Redskin games in our 30's and 40's. Always a smile and always a laugh. You are indeed "one of the good guys" and you are sorely missed.

Billy:

When you spoke of time with your niece, you glowed. You put it all in perspective. You were a delight to work with every single day.

Your presence, your essence, your attitude, reminded me every day how great it is to be alive. You continue to teach us that valuable lesson.

Thanks

Billy,

You are definitely "one of the good guys." I still remember our early days from Jermantown Elementary and all the goofy things that we did as kids and teenagers.

Find peace my dear friend.

Billy was one of those incredible people that went out of his way to be extra nice to all of his neighbors...especially the children and older people. We never saw Billy without a smile for too long! We will deeply miss him in the neighborhood. He affected the children's lives more than he could possibly know, just by treating them with respect. May God Bless Billy.
