So sad to hear of Billy's passing. He was a good man. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Billy and Jean were like my second parents as I spent many fun days at their home. Carolyn and I had lots of good times! I have enjoyed knowing them all my life and will certainly miss talking with Billy and with Jean about the "good ole days". Frances Spillman

I know its hard for the one's left behind but he is in a much better place now.
