Billy Eugene Palmer

I came across Mr.Palmers name 4 yrs after his passing and just want to pay my respects and condolences to this Honorable Servant. He was an elected payee for my parents when I met him since my Stepfather was Blind. I remember him being a big help to me in the transition of me taking over. Thank you for your service to your Country and your Neighbors Sir. Rest Well !

I wanted to say I was a daughter because Bill was like a father to me when I started working 40+ years ago. He was my first manager and taught me so much. My family always held Bill in high regards and my parents were equally saddened to hear of his passing. I will always hold a special place in my heart for this awesome man. My prayers and love to Melody and her family. RIP, Bill.

Mr. Bill was a favorite volunteer. He continued Sues love for Meals On Wheels. A delivery volunteer, financial supporter, enjoyed volunteer events and came when other volunteer needs were made known. He will be greatly missed.
