Bill and Frances opened their house in Tyler almost every weekend to me and my wife Darlene,Francess younger sister. We were newly married and lived in Bossier City La. and were invited to their home and treated like loyalty. I will never forget the kindness they showed to us on every visit. A kinder person ive never known to this day.

Mr. Bill Partridge was a very kind gentleman. He and his equally nice wife Frances left a fine legacy with Billy Mack, Terry, and Danny. I recall a time that I was invited to spend time with them on a barge on Lake Tyler in 1960, and another time an invitation was extended to see a John Tyler football game in Paris in 1962. Mr. Bill and Mrs. Frances made me feel as if I was one of their own. May God Bless the Partridges and extended family...

Bill to you and all your family I pray comfort and strength during this time. Your father was the kind of man that many of us who were raised without a dad wish we could have had in our lives. To know that you have blessed thousands of kids with love is truly a living legacy and a reflection of the job your father did in raising you. When a father gives to his son, both laugh; when a son gives to his father, both cry. -Shakespeare

To Bill,Danny, Terri, and Loved Ones: The many kindnesses of Bill and Frances Partridge will be a matter of long remembrance to me, particularly the years 1960-64...Please accept my condolences on the passing of your father; regrettably, I was unaware of the passing of your mother. Please accept my sympathy for her, also. May God's grace be with you as you move through the difficult days ahead...

Bill and Dana, my heart breaks for you, and I pray for the Lord's grace and peace as you walk through this valley. Bill and Frances were such wonderful neighbors when Arlin and I were first married. They loved us and our girls so much and were such a fine example of Christ! I know you will miss them.
