I was in Mr. Pritchard's homeroom in the ninth grade at Northside, and I believe his English class, too. I think he was also the yearbook sponsor that year. He was a kind and considerate teacher, always with a smile. Sincere sympathy to the family.

Peggie,

I am so sorry for your loss. Billy was one of the finest gentlemen I ever met, and a superb teacher. Will never forget his Spanish class at Twiggs County High. He would say in Spanish: "There's too much noise in here." Although I haven't seen your family in years, I think about the good old days at school, church and seeing your Mom at the post office quite often. God bless you and your family. Warmest Regards, Wayne

Peggy, I hope that just knowing that an old chalkminer is thinking of you may somehow make this hard time a little better for you. Wilton

Miss Peggy and family, You remain a constant in my thoughts and prayers during this time. Mr. Billy was an exceptional man, a wonderful friend and a true Christian. I never look at "his seat" in church without missing him. Take comfort in knowing for certain that he is in God's Loving arms and at peace.

Peggy and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Billy was a wonderful person, teacher and counselor. How well I remember those days of going to school for our counseling degree during the summers and on Saturdays. He helped me there at school and at Northside Junior with my children. He had a profound impact on so many people. We hadn't seen each other in years but I will never forget him.
My deepest sympathy to you and the family.
