Billy Stonecipher Obituary
Visitation was Thursday at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. today in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Danny Carter officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Tuscumbia.
Mr. Stonecipher was a Colbert County native and was retired from Reynolds. He attended Red Rock Church of Christ and enjoyed farming, raising cattle and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Wayne Stonecipher, and sister, Doris Fuller.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Margaret Stonecipher; son, Johnny Stonecipher; daughter, Donna Emens and husband, Judson; brothers, Don Stonecipher and wife, Ruth, Leon Stonecipher and wife, Jackie; sister, Leola Kent and husband, Harley; grandchildren, Bobby Stonecipher, Haylee Emens, Nadia Emens; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Mitch Dial, Harley Kent, Ronnie Stonecipher, Keith Smallwood, Roger Fuller and Brad Whitehead.
Honorary pallbearers are Buck Clark, Charlie Anderson, Dr. Jack McLendon and Dr. Lynn Ridgeway.
Billy's family would like to especially thank Dr. Lango and nurses on Third West and CTRU at ECM Hospital.
Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia, is directing.

Margaret, Donna and Johnny, I am so sadden for all of you. You'll were so nice to Gene and I when we lived in Tuscumbia. Although my Gene is no longer with me I know in my heart he felt the sam as me. Thank you'll for touching our lives in such a special way. Good memories of great people.
