Dear Donna and Family,
We were very saddened to learn of your loss. Billy was a great guy and always willing to help. As a fireman, he was always the first to the station to help a neighbor, or fellow fire fighter in need. If you look back on Billy's career, most of his positions helped people. As a city employee you are making life better for those who you serve. Billy did that well!!
I cannot imagine how hard it is to give up someone but you can rest assured that Billy is now in a better place with no suffering and along side his beloved mother and grandfather Murray. To this day, I hold Murray and Clyde Maroney as the two best Sunday School Teacher that I have ever had the opportunity to hear. I said all of this to say that Billy is in good company.
Our grandchildren's baby sitter was on vacation or we would have there for the services.
God Bless all of You!!

Donna, Susan and I are so sorry for the loss of Billy. I still remember the first time I met him, the twinkle in his eyes as he mischieviously asked me a question was priceless. I relyed very much on his wisdom and knowledge during my time in Commerce. Billy was always there to help me in any way. Billy was a true leader and mentor. We will miss him, but always remember His love for his family and friends.

We didn't know you for very long, since we are new comers to Wolfe City. But from the time we met you, you were a quiet, helpful kind-hearted person, we could tell. You and your wife gave us a helping hand when we first came to WC, you treated us, like we had known each other for some time. Mr. Turney, may you rest in peace, and to your family our condolences and you are in our prayers. God Bless,
