I just heard about Billy passing. So sorry and sad. We always talked about film projects we wanted to do together. I was sure it was going to happen one day. Love to his family.

I was out of town when I heard of Bill's passing. We made many memories together- both playing trumpet @ BHS under the direction of Robert Dillon. Following graduation, we took a trip to Galveston, Tx.-strapping on a surf board on the top of his '62 Chevy and he tried to teach me to surf. He taught me competitive fencing, how to run lights and sound at the Gaslight Dinner Theatre (where I met my wife of 42 yrs-Candy), took me with him on a trip to buy tourquoise in N.Mex & Arizona, and many other fond memories. I was shocked to hear of his passing, and will miss being able to go by the store and visit with him. Life is truly short. My thoughts and prayers will go out to his family in the days ahead.

Billy was a good friend, I really liked him. I feel really sad, my condolences to his wife. I just learned about it, If I would have learned earlier, I certainly would have attended his funeral.

I visited with Billy a number of years ago, on the film and video side of his life, about topics relating to Andy Payne and the Bunion Derby as well as Route 66. He was informed, professional, and full of wonderful ideas. I know he was also involved in the Bethany Improvement Foundation, and even served as a Board Member. His energy, input, and enthusiasm will be missed.

Billy was my friend and my sympathy to his wife, his son Tanchi and all his family. He had a great personality and always said something to make me laugh. May he rest in peace. Wanda Whiteman
