Blain Ray Banick

Well big brother you left us way too early. I can't believe it's a year already it honestly feels like yesterday. There is not a day that goes that I do not think of you, dad and mom. Love you.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. The words of our heavenly father in Isaiah 61:1,2 will bring you comfort at this sad time for your family and friends.

Thank you, everyone for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. I cannot express enough how much I miss the love of my life. Blain was a truely generous person whose devotion was always, always felt. I cherish his memory and our time together. Many of you here I have not had the pleasure of getting to know. He wanted dearly to be a part of everyones life, but times did not permit this. He spoke fondly of his many hockey adventures and friends as well as his high school, college and loyal work colleagues. For him and I, thank you so much for these kind and loving postings. Danna

Danna and the Banick family. Blain was a person you could trust and count on through thick and thin. He generously gave far more than he took. I am very proud to have called him my friend. My deepest condolences in the loss of this wonderful person.

I too have some great memories of my dear friend Blain from high school. He was truly one of the good ones. My sincerest condolences to the family.

So many memories negating early adulthood with Blain during our high school years. He was very generous driving us to and from gatherings with friends often in the wee hours of the morning. My thoughts and prayers are with those closest to him.

I have many fond memories of Blain from high school and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to all his family and friends.

This is such sad news, and I want to offer my family's condolences to all who are mourning his passing, especially to his family. Blain and I worked together as peers at his most recent firm. I enjoyed working with Blain, but my memories will be of our hockey conversations and family. Blain always seemed at his happiest when the conversation shifted from work to life. His was taken from him much too soon.

As one of his many legal marketing friends and colleagues, I am so terribly sad to lose Blain as a trusted friend. Many tributes are being written about him on Facebook. Wishing Danna, his brothers and extended family peace during this difficult time. I hope you gather and tell funny stories about the happiest days of his life. This is a photo at my wedding 4.5 years ago - where Blain is among our legal marketing colleagues. He was very happy.

Our family is truly saddened to learn of Blain passing on and we all will cherish the week we spent together with Blain at Fripp Island, SC.
