Blaine Feniak

Just heard of your brother's passing. I remember all the importance he had in your life and the mutual adoration and love you had for each other.
My heart breaks for you, as it is never easy to say goodbye to someone you have loved all your life.

Blaine's thoughtfulness, vision and commitment to his volunteer positions as treasurer for both CIPS Calgary and CIPS Alberta was very evident in everything he did. He will be missed.
Our thought and prayers are with Blaine's family and friends.

You left a lasting impression on me. My thoughts are with you.

I simply cannot believe this sad news. Blaine is such a great guy, one of the most talented persons I have ever met in my life. It was such a great honor to know him and to work with him for a couple of years. I learned so much from him while we were in TransCanada. My limited Chinese English (Chinglish) cannot express how sad and shocked I was when I heard this news.

I will share 2 photos that I collected. One is a group picture in Dec. 1997 for the TransCanada IS Group. The other one was the only picture Blaine, Bernard and I took at Interop 1998 in Las Vegas. They remind me the good old days of TransCanada and the fun time I had with Blaine and the other TransCanada folks.

Blaine, you will be missed dearly.

I've yet to come to terms with Blaine's passing; he will be missed from every aspect of my life. I was a great friend, colleague and conservationist. His legacy will always be with us.

Aunt June - our thoughts are with you and the family at this time.

Our regrets that we can't attend the service. Blaine was a special person with unique views and a passion for life and all that it offered. We will miss you in many ways and always.

I always enjoyed Blaine's passionate debates on everything from technology, to politics, and wine... he will be missed.

Blaine, you are defiantly one of a kind – I was honoured to call you friend, peer and most of all drinking buddy.
Your compassion, kindness, and gentle being will be sadly missed.

My heartfelt condolences to the family

It was an absolute pleasure to have known Blaine whose sense of humour was a front for the soft guy that he was.

You could always depend on his unique perspective and opinions to make everyday mundane tasks a whole lot more interesting - hear the faint laughter? .. that's Blaine already at work.

Blaine, you were a great friend. Thank you for your wisdom, you will be dearly missed.

Blaine was a great guy, I am really sorry for the loss.

I worked with him many years ago, but we kept in touch, and I always enjoyed his perspective.
