Glenn watched me grow up through OSUPD. He always had the right thing to tell me when I was down. He was there from the time I became an "Army Brat" to my high school prom, all the way to having my twins. He has watched them grow from baseball & football games, to dance recitals at Showstoppers. He would greet us every morning at school and help the kids out of the car. He always had something positive to tell them for the day. He always chatted with me about his kids and grandkids, he even told me new jokes he had. I know he had a long hard battle with his cancer, but I know he is still watching over all of us from heaven. We loved him and we will miss him very much. Our family feels that we were blessed to have shared time with Glenn. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Glenn was the most wonderfully unique person I have ever known. Other than my husband, I can't think of any other man I respect more. He was everything--personable (looked you straight in the eyes when he talked to you), humorous, so versatile that there was nothing he couldn't discuss intelligently, always respectful, non-judgmental, was devoted to and served his country, his family, his community, his friends, and God. We are so sorry the loss of Glenn and pray for his beloved family.

Michelle & Family,
I am so sorry for your loss; Glenn was & will always be a great man. I remember in my teenage years at your house, your Dad playing music & everyone eating Rubin sandwiches. I wanted to thank you and your family for the very happy memories that will be with me forever. Glenn was an honorable man that has touched so many lives, he will be deeply missed.

Please accept my condolences and my apology for not being able to attend Glenn's services. I remember first meeting Gleen on a suspicious package call at one of the local liquor stores when he first started with OSUPD. He arrived to assist me on the call. When I shook his hand, I wasn't sure if he was trying to impress me or just break my hand, but when he started taking in that comic voice he had, I knew he was just being himself. Over the years, Gleen and I got to know each other better (as we are both Vets of the same war) and I've always enjoyed our talks together and Glenn's sende of humor. He was a great American and friend and I will miss him. May God Bless all of you and keep you safe as I know Gleen is still watching over you and I'm sure when he greeted our Hevenly Father, he used that same steal hand shake he always had:>)

I worked with "Sgt. Anthony" at OSUPD from 1996-2000 and he was a great influence on my life and career. I was fortunate enough to get the chance to tell him how much he meant to me a couple months ago. He will be truly missed. My prayers are with his family and all my friends at OSUPD. He is surely continuing to watch over his flock in heaven and I am forever blessed to have called him friend.

I will always remember Glenn as ‘Sergeant Anthony’ the man with the steel hand shake, I must say that because of his influence on me as a child I always shake hands with a firm handshake. I am saddened for your lost and offer my prayers that you will find comfort if knowing that Glenn touched so many lives is such a positive way and will be greatly missed.

We didn't know Mr. Anthony long enough to know him really well, but the times we visited with him showed us what a unique and charming individual he was. And he always mentioned the grandkids - his love for them was transparent. You are a very lucky family to have had "Papa" in your lives. His legacy will live on in your hearts forever. Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time.
