Blair J Willard, our Beloved Papa, my father-in-law, and a man admired and loved by all who knew him. He was first class, and an Officer and a Gentleman , clothed with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. He was loved and adored by his family and friends, and especially his grandchildren. We love him dearly and his soul and spirit for life will live on in our memories and our hearts forever. God Bless our Papa!
