Blake Ayling really loved Cheese Pizza. He would make it, sell it, and eat it. The only people who loved Cheese Pizza more than Blake, were his Parents Corey and Robin. Who loved cutting Cheese Pizza up into bite sized pieces.

I am so sorry to hear about this tragedy. Tears fill my eyes as I have so many of my own children now. Corey and Robin, you are in my prayers. I was the receptionist for Corey years ago and will never forget you coming in Robin, with the kids and a smile on your face to see Corey at work. Such an amazing family! God will give you the strength to continue living for all your other children, He will give you the comfort to get through those moments of pain and mostly He will hold Blake in his arms until you are together again. My prayers are with you!

Blake was a student in my social problems & social entrepreneurship class at UND. I quickly discovered that he was an entrepreneurship major, and he especially enjoyed the class because he saw how he could use the skills of entrepreneurship to solve social problems. He would often visit me after class, and I enjoyed the conversations with him because he was so earnest, so enthusiastic about social entrepreneurship, so excited about his group project, so conscientious about his studies. And his sincerity and earnestness was so charming. I wished that I had a dozen more students just like him. Tuesday was a difficult day when I had to tell Blake's classmates about the tragic accident, and I spent more time with his project members who were quite distraught. If there is a scholarship fund established at UND in Blake's memory, I would certainly like to contribute to it. Curtis Stofferahn, Professor, UND Sociology Department.

Corey, Robin, and family. Brian, Debra, and I are very sad to hear of Blake's death. I remember him well from coaching him in baseball with the Millers when he was twelve. I remember his dedication to the game, his ability to drive an inside fast ball, his constant drive to improve, and the camaraderie he shared with his teammates. We had some fun then. I talked with him from time to time as he developed as a ballplayer for Southwest HS. He always treated me with respect and I appreciated that. He will be missed. Our heartfelt condolences go out to your entire family.

Robin, Corey, John, Lindsay, Claire, and Alex: I am so sorry Blake was taken too early from each of you. I did not know Blake personally (we met only once or twice), but over time Robin generously shared his stories with me, his shenanigans, his successes, and his joys. I watched him grow up in my mind's eye through Robin's stories. Thank you for sharing him with me! Robin, I wish I could be there for you right now. I hope you know I am here for you anytime and always. I am so sorry you lost your Blakie.
