Crain, Blanche R. (Oas) 76, Tucson, AZ. Blanche lost her battle w/cancer and died peacefully May 31, 2009 in LA, CA. Born in Owatonna, MN. to Dr. Oliver W. & Mary A Roberts. Blanche lived a full life residing in Bloomington & Minnetonka, MN, Taos, NM, and Arlington, TX. Blanche graduated from OHS in 1950, attended Hamline Univ, and became a certified Med Tech. Blanche was very spiritual, ordained in the Church of Universal Light, a Reiki healer, hospice volunteer. Survived by her faithful Yorkie "Tiger"; her children, Nancy Cleveland, Bloomington MN, Gunnar (Beth) Oas, Minnetonka MN, Wendy Oas (fiancé Dr. Yuri Parisky) LA, CA; siblings, Jean (Ken) Kaplan of Owatonna, MN, Mary (Jim) Horn of Sanger TX, Charles (Kathy) Roberts of Hudson WI; grandchildren, Jeff Cleveland, Erik, Heather, and Kariann Oas; 13 nieces and nephews. Blanche was a great neighbor and good friend. Her wonderful spirit, and her perserverence during her illness were an inspiration to all of her friends. We all miss Blanche and Tiger too.

Blanche and I had a great time running around together and I visited her in Taos. I certain will miss her great spirit.
