I was his next door neighbor for a few years in Naples FL. I had no idea he passed until I tried his cell and it was disconnected. He was a great neighbor, super friendly guy, loved his dog Shelby. Bob and I spent many days at the pool talking and laughing. I moved from Naples about a year ago and we stayed in touch on the holidays. I dont know anyone that did not like Bob, he was a character, he never bragged that he had been an NFL quarter back, it was unusual for him to even talk about it. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I was looking forward to seeing him the next time I am in Naples. You are in heaven now Bob, see you again some day. Tom

Bob was a great guy! He was smart, funny and very thoughtful. He adored his family and loved spending time with his nieces and nephews! He knew what was important and lived a good life. My thoughts and prayers are with his family!
Sincerely, Patricia O´Brien

God bless you,
