To risk your life (& WSO´s) to save a friend, with ingenuity and perseverance, knowing that you would not make it back to base & faced certain fuel starvation & ejection, is heroism of the highest order.

I had never heard of Bob Pardo until today. He was a true American hero!
What bravery; what courage; what selflessness; what a man!

A brave pilot and aviator that whose quick thinking was a life saver. Prayers for the Pardo family, May God be with you all to give strength and comfort to help you in your time of loss.
