Bobby Snow Boal

We had the pleasure of living on the same street as Bobby (and Jan when he was alive) and so enjoyed our walks with her. Loved her recounting of their B&B and the Hollywood stars who stayed there while filming in the area. Bobby was a beautiful person and a caring soul - always smiling and asking about your family. She will be missed. But our grateful memory to have known her will live on.

Such a lovely tribute to a lovely lady in the obituary. I did not have the privilege of knowing Bobby but do know her daughter Emily and son-in-law Jim quite well.The grace and freindhip offered to me by Emily (and J) over the years can only reflect the grace and friendly heart that Bobby displayed throughout her long life. Love to you all and may her memory be as a blessing. <3

I loved Jan and Bobby and all of you.I have so many memories of us getting together especially in the summer at splash pool at Mays Park in Columbia SC and other outings..I remember Mother and I helping with a double bridal luncheon at the Boal's house in Columbia SC. It was eloquent. Dr Boal carved the meat wonderfully. Everything was eloquent! And for my Mother 's 80tj birthday, my brothers took Mama to the Veranda Bed & Breakfast Inn.. The Boal's had stopped having guests, but everything was intact. We just loved all of the kaleidoscopes! It was a very special time. I love you all.

This obit describes Bobby Boal to a "T"! She certainly was a true, charming and gracious lady. Being only related by marriage (her daughter, our son), we were much more than that. She and Jan both made us feel as family. I respected her and loved her dearly!
