I met Bobby in kindergarten and he always got my attention through elementary school. I moved away right after high school and just found out of his passing. My sincerest condolences to the family and those close to him. Still missed...

I can remember the morning when you became my first grandchild, now I have my first great-grandchild. What an honor it is to me to have you both in my life. You would of loved to have a niece, just like your uncles all loved you. I know that you sent her to us, she is so beautiful. You are so greatly missed & loved so very much.

You're an uncle! Your niece is beautiful. You would have been the best uncle ever. I wish you could meet her, but I know you are smiling down upon her, your brother and his new family. I love you and I miss you. You're always on my mind and forever in my heart!

Every day I wake up and I think of you. I try not to cry and remember happy memories, but some of my happiest memories involve you. it tares me apart to know we can't make new ones. I'm slowly losing the sound of your voice now and your laugh which I miss the most. I would give anything to spend one more day with you. You were my role model. Now, Instead of looking up to you, I spend my nights looking to the sky to see if I can find you in the stars. Love and miss you.

Bobby,
HAPPY 22ND BIRTHDAY!!!!! It seems like yesterday when your uncles and I rushed to the hospital to be there when you were born. Then before we knew it you were counting the months, days, hours till your 21st birthday, but, before we could celebrate you were suddenly taken away from us. Now another year has gone by and you are still missed and loved so very much, it is still so very hard to believe. Everyday that goes by is a day closer to being with you. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!

Bobby,
It has been 1 year since you were so suddenly taken away from us. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about you, cry for you and miss you so very much. I would love just one more time to be able to see your beautiful smile, hear your great laugh and of course hear you say "BYE GRANDMA-I LOVE YOU". It has not been the same or will ever be the same without you.
LOVE YOU & MISS YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH.

Happy Birthday Bobby!!!!!
I wish today I could have had drink with you to celebrate your 21st Birthday. I think about you every day. When I hear certain songs like Kenny Chesney's Who You'd Be Today it brings tears to my eyes and I have to stop what I am doing and regroup my thoughts so I don't lose it at work or wherever I am. You have so many friends and you have touched so many lives. You are a very special kid and Nora and I will never forget you. I have very fond memories of you as you were growing up and cherish them every day. I have a picture of you catching a fish at Put-n-Bay, Those were some fun times I will never forget. I wish I would have come to see you play at all your ball games so I could have those memories too, but I cannot turn back time. So for those of you who are reading this live life as if today were your last because you never know when you will be called home. We love you, your mom and dad and your brothers very much!

In the midst of everything, it is hard to put words to how I am feeling about the loss that we have all experienced. It has been very hard to see a family that I am so close to go through something as tragic as this. My prayers go out to you all everyday, and if there is anything that any of you need, you know I am ALWAYS there for you all.

I am so thankful for the day that I got to talk one on one with Bobby when we happened to be getting our hair cut at the same time. He was so easy to talk to and what a great sense of humor! You know my heart goes out to all of you, and I wish there was a way to take away the pain. I do know though that you are surrounded by a great deal of people that love you and what a great blessing that is at a time like this. Bobby will be greatly missed and I am so thankful I got that chance to sit and talk with him. What a blessed memory I have of him.

Dear friends,
We think that Bobby may have been wearing a special cross the night of his accident that was given to him by his mother. She has not been able to locate this cross anywhere in his possessions. If someone has found this necklace at the site of his accident, or may know of its whereabouts, it is extremely important that it be returned to the family because it carries a very special meaning to his mother. I can't thank you enough for all the kindness and support that you have given to this wonderful family during this tragic time.
Sincerely,
Rich and Leanne Schroeter

Bob,Missy,Dan and Jeff,
We have all searched for the right words, but there are none. You know that you have our LOVE and SUPPORT whenever you need it! Bobby had a beauiful soul. He knew how to touch peoples hearts. You can see it in the eyes of all of the kids who have come everyday, even if they don't know what to say or do. Their lives and all of our lives have been changed forever, not only by Bobby's death but by his life! As parents our hearts break for you and as family we grieve with you. We know that nothing can take away your pain, but we hope that you know that Bobby will forever live in the hearts of everyone who ever saw his smile or heard the sincerity of his laughter. He will be watching over us!!!
We Love You!!

Dear Jeff, I just heard about your brother bobby's death. Yesterday, I was driving on 480 and noticed a memorial in the grass and thought to myself someone must have died there. I did not know until this morning that it was Bobby. My heart goes out to you and your family. My darling daughter Hannah died last October and I know how difficult these days are for you. Please accept the love and support of those around you. The death of a brother, your mom and dad's son is tragic enough please don't compound the tragedy by going it alone.
sincerely,
Tom

I was on my way to work in Valley View on Sunday, July 3rd. On I-480 West as I was approaching Broadway, I noticed police cars and the traffic was being directed to the far left lane. A small maroon car was being towed away. My heart sank. I believe it was the following day, on my way home from work, I noticed a group of people searching the grassy area where the accident had occurred. The following morning, there was a stake in the ground with a small flag attached at the top. This morning, there are flowers. I am so sorry for the loss of your son. Please know that there are many people who will be praying for your family. I know when I pass by each morning, even if the scene is no longer adorned, I'll be saying a prayer and remembering your precious son who is now in God's loving care.
