New Ellenton – Bobby James Turner, 33, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023.
Bobby was a lifelong resident of Aiken, and son of Tocia Gail Weeks, Aiken, and Daniel “Danny” Lee (Donna) Turner, Windsor. He was owner of Bobby’s Handyman Service, a job that he dearly loved. He had a passion for fishing, motorcycles and speed, loved spending time in Beaufort, SC, and loved his dogs.
In addition to his parents, Bobby is survived by his son, Elijah Tanner Turner; bonus daughter, Brooke Farkus; sisters, Samantha (Adam) Turner Seigler, Windsor, Lori Turner, Windsor; brothers, Alex Randall (Marlinda) Weeks, Aiken, Daniel Lee Turner, Jr., Aiken, and Brian Fulmer, Aiken; maternal grandparents, Dr. Stephen and Glenda VanderVliet, Aiken; paternal grandmother, Sybil Turner; maternal grandfather, James Purvis; numerous nieces and nephews, who he was an amazing uncle to; close friend and mentor, Paul Stallings; and his devoted employee and all-around right hand man, Tony Reins.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bobby Turner; and sister, Taylor Marie Weeks.
A Celebration of Life for Bobby will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Shellhouse Funeral Home with the Reverend Keith Ussery officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
