Mr. "B" as he was known by so many was not only a great principle he was a very kind and caring person who I had the pleasure of getting to know not only through my girls but by attending many parent council meetings at Delwood. Thank-you for being part of our lives. We will miss you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

Pan B, taught me at Balwin many, many years ago! He had such a great sense of humor! After a test ended late, a few of us missed our bus to Belvedere. So Pan made us hop in his car, laughing because one of us had to sit in his daughter's car seat. He rubbed his moustache, chuckled, and drove off. My deepest sympathy for your loss of such a good man!

Thank you all for sharing your memories and respect for my Dad. I know how amazing he was and what a difference he made in my life. It's nice to know that many of you knew him to be the same and I appreciate you honouring him with your messages here and attendance at his funeral services. It will not be easy to get over this loss, but your messages about him will be cherished by the family. They will help me teach my baby Maria what others thought about her Dido.

I first got to know Bohdan when we were both part of a delegation of educators who travelled to Lviv a few years ago. His passion for our Ukrainian culture, language and program was one of the first things I noticed. His kindness, compassion and sense of humour soon followed. Since that trip, I've been able to work with him on many occasions. On each of those occasions, my respect for Bohdan grew.
I did not have the chance to pass along my condolences after the service today, but wanted to make sure I did so. Though words are never enough, please know Bohdan will be dearly missed and remembered by many.

Bob was one of those men who ALWAYS had a kind and supportive words for children, staff and friends around him. His positive way of looking at things and his smile, affected the way the school felt. His calm nature, helped to teach everyone at the school (or that he ever worked with or taught) how to reduce the negative energy when dealing with a problem and showed us how to solve it with such ease. In his school he seemed to know everything, because this well-spoken men made sure he was around and available, and because of this single thing he impacted even more lives. I am so glad I got to know him, he was an amazing person. God bless.

To his friends and family: My prayers are with you in this very hard time.

Dear Barb & Family
To you we extend our heartfelt condolences for the loss of Bohdan, your husband, Tato, Dido, and Bratchyk. Our dear friend had a strong love for Ukrainian culture and language and wished to share his talents of pedagogy and his love for children. This he did and inspired several generations. Our children studied together in Ukraine, & I studied with him as well as shared lifelong goals in curriculum development and learning.
Bohdan's efforts were sincere, his accomplishments were many and his legacy will continue for generations.
May you find strength in the Lord and in the love for each other to cope with the loss of this generous and selfless person. May Bohdan Rest in Peace and His Memory be Eternal.

A fond memory of Mr. B that my Grade 6 students came up with was when Mr. B dressed up as a bee and played his guitar for the entire school. Smiles came to all of our faces.
He will be remembered as a great and caring man.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
When walking through the hallways at Delwood it was obvious that Bob truly cared for the children and staff there. As a staff member I could see that the children also had a tremendous amount of respect for "Mr. B". He will missed at the school.

It is with great sadness that both Renata and I receive the news of Bohdan’s passing. Although many years have passed, I look back with fond memories to the days of playing music together in folk groups, organizing music festivals for our school, sharing the trials and tribulations of growing up, and finally being invited to be a member of the bridal party when Bohdan and Barb were married.

To Barb and Diana, our deepest sympathy for your loss. We will remember Bohdan for many things, but firstly as a “gentleman”.

It was a great pleasure to have Bob at Delwood school. Over the past few days it is not hard to see the kind of impact he had on his "little" Delwood family. Mr B., as the kids would call you, you were bigger than you ever knew. Thank you for your kindness, and the legacy you left behind. You are missed so much. Many thanks to the Boruszczak family for sharing him. Our deepest sympathies you all.

It has been a long time since I’ve seen Bob; yet, this news had the same effect as if we had spoke and laughed together just yesterday, such was the nature and impact of this truly good man. The world was a better place with Bob, a most sensitive and tender soul. Bob will be missed by all who crossed his path, of whom there were many.
To Barb & Diana, my deepest and most sincere sympathy for your profound loss.
May you find peace and comfort from the memories and the love and good times you shared.
