Booker Franklin Ealy

I am heartbroken to read in the "Pont of View" that Booker had passed away. I worked at the Oakland Coliseum with him back in the early 90's.
I looked forward to my daily hug from Booker. He was a kind and gentle soul always willing to take the time to talk and listen.
My prayers and condolences to the family. You will be missed.

I had the pleasure of meeting Booker through a mutual friend almost twelve years ago. He was part of a generation of men who were reliable and responsible. Booker fit that description in every way. His quiet exterior gave way to flashes of great humor and no-nonsense directness. My prayers are with his family for comfort and all the support they need to grieve and remember Booker with a sense of peace.

May it comfort you to know that death cannot diminish the important ways your loved one touched your life, that grief cannot take away the happiness you shared, that sorrow will fade in time...but love remains forever.
