You, Brad, Lauren, Braden and Creston have always had such a special place in my heart and have been like family to me. I am heartbroken about the passing of Brad, as he will be deeply missed. Dear Londa, Brad, Lauren, Braden, Creston,
I'm thinking of all five of you today. My memories go back to 1990-91 when you took care of my family when I was in the middle east. You truly made Cindy, Sarah Charlotte, and Thomas a part of your family and kept them on an even keel in my absence. You remain the kind of remarkable friends that our conversation picks up uninterrupted from the last phone call or visit. I can't wait to see you all again real soon. Brad will be there too.
Much love,
Tom, Cindy, Sarah Charlotte, Thomas

How do I say goodbye to my brother named Bradley Dean?
This man was a very accomplished and successful in his career. I enjoyed watching the personal side of my brother.
I loved the way he loved the people around him. From our Grandmother and his namesake, Annie Dean to the whole Maddox clan to our family including aunts / uncles and cousins. He loved everyone differently but so very much.
He loved his childhood sweetheart, Londa. I admire and respect their friendship and mutual respect for one another. The gift of laughter through the years was one that I enjoyed watching.
He loved our parents. He would seek advice from our dad, Donnie. He would go over all his deals over the years in great detail. They are so alike in many ways. He loved our mom, who is affectionately called Boom. They worked together for many years. There are but a few that know their special meaning for the word "Brazos" and "pittusporum". They enjoyed free caldillo at Club Morocco on Thursdays. The drinks might have paid for the caldillo and then some. Laughter was ever present with their conversations.
He loved his brothers, Wesley and Barrett. Wes and Brad were partners in crime growing up. Only 13 months apart but felt closer than that when they were toddlers as Mom recalls. They have many stories of shenanigans that they are thankful social media wasn't around then. Barrett's relationship was different. Brad was a mentor to Barrett in life. They had a bond that was beautiful and heartwarming.
And then he loved his children oh so very much. HIs eyes lit up from the moment each one was born and all the way through all of their individual successes and accomplishments. His relationship with his son-in-law Paul was a special one. He adored Megan and the way she got Braden to smile. Lauren, Braden and Creston: you are Brad and Londa's true successes in life. You are all wonderful, kind beautiful individuals. I am honored to call you my niece and nephews and also your Godmother!
Poppy loved his Charlotte and Eleonore. These precious granddaughters lit up his life. He loved being Poppy!
How do I say goodbye to someone who called me Tunoose? Someone who held me down and thumped my chest until I had an accident! Someone who loved my children Amber and Colton. Someone who was so proud of their sister as a mom that it made me tear up.
Bradley Dean I will remember you and your beautiful smile and dimple showing. I love you always!
Your sister Denise AKA Tunoose

Dearest Whittington and Maddox families,
Words are few during this time of unimaginable sorrow. Love is what we have to offer. Claudia, Donny, Londa, Wes, Denise, Barrett and everyone who knew and loved Brad -- we pray you find hope in memories that are peaceful as a familiar journey. A day is coming, perhaps the day is now, when you will reflect and you will know the rare beauty of love that only Brad could bring will always be with you. Nothing in life, nothing in death can separate us from that which we love.
Love,
Carolyn Grass, Julie Ward McKinney and Janiece Ward

Beautifully written! His business accomplishment were many and each one done from the heart, with 100% dedication, honesty and full of compassion. His LOVE was endless for his family, honoring each of them immensely, as you all made him so proud -it was apparent each time you all walked into a room or he shared a story, he had that sparkle in his eyes, so full of joy.
This man is one that will always be valued with the most admiration and makes me feel honored to be a part of his life. He will always be cherished, a mentor and a legacy to all of us. Love this man so much!
The picture alone speaks volumes ....

Sometimes life's circumstances takes a hold of us and won't let go. Brad has fought many a good fight in life I understand but this fight was more than he could bear. His knowledge of his Savior will be his reward. His families' faith in Christ Jesus will comfort, strengthen, and uplift them at this time; for the days, months, and years ahead. Take it from one who has walked along side those in grief. You will be reunited one day.

Brad had more knowledge about the homebuilding and lot development market in central Texas than anyone I've met. He always had a story behind the story and was quite the visionary when analyzing the market and planning developments. I can't express enough gratitude for knowledge and experience I gained working with Brad for several years. I will miss him dearly.

Brad was an all star in the El Paso commercial real estate and development industries. His accomplishments were huge and many. Brad was also a wonderful family man. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.
