Brendan the last time I saw you was at Aunt Cass' 90th birthday party in June. You, Uncle Ken and I walked down to the water. Today, while visiting Aunt Cass, I went down to the water to throw in the carnations that we got on Tuesday and Uncle Ken kept the remaining ones fresh and today I threw four into the Chesapeake, one from me & Uncle Ken, your mom, Elana and one for you. This is the same water you and Elana spent so much time in during the family picnics at Hollywood Beach. Two of the flowers just stayed next to each other, floating along and all we could think about was it was you and Elana just floating along the Chesapeake. Brendan,I love you, and will miss you. Love Aunt Kathy & Uncle Ken

I love you baby. You were the greatest gift God could have ever given your Dad and myself. Give Daddy the biggest hug you can manage for me and tell him I said he'd better give you an even bigger one in return from me. Thank you for being the person you were. I will always be proud of you and forever grateful, for bringing Elana, my daughter by love, into our family.
All my love, forever and an eon. Mom
