Brent Liudahl

Brent Allen Liudahl passed away at the age of 56 on November 21, 2024, in Anna, Texas. He had a courageous 11-year battle with cancer. He was born on February 2, 1968, in New Hope, Minnesota, Brent was the beloved child of Roger Irvin Liudahl and Shirley Ann Liudahl.

Brent had an incredible talent for carpentry and a deep passion for building homes. With an innate ability to bring ideas to life, he could construct anything with his vision and skillful hands. This passion led Brent to establish his own business, Country Home Builders, where he dedicated himself to crafting homes with care and precision.

Beyond his work, Brent found joy in the great outdoors. As an avid hunter, he cherished time spent at the deer lease, which became a second home and a place where lifelong friendships were formed. He also took great pride in maintaining his yard and garden. Another of Brent's great passions was cooking-especially grilling. His steaks, briskets, and ribs were legendary among family and friends.

Brent is survived by his loving wife, Angela Liudahl of Anna, Texas; daughter Taylar Norman and husband Randell Norman of Allen, Texas; and three cherished grandchildren: Nathaniel, Landon, and Parker. He is also survived by his mother Shirley Liudahl of Malakoff, Texas; sister Kim Phillips and brother-in-law Leeton Phillips of Saint Jo, Texas; and sister Shannon Liudahl Wray of Athens, Texas. Brent was preceded in death by his father Roger Liudahl and grandparents.

Brent's legacy lives on through the homes he built, the friendships he nurtured, and the love he shared with family. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him.
