Brett Banta Obituary
Although he lived in Houston, he always called New Orleans home. He was an avid sports fan and adored his dogs, "Sonny boy" and "Heidie girl." He will be missed dearly.
Survived by his parents, Karen Leche Banta and Leonard George Banta, one sister, Robin Ollie Durel (Edward) and two nieces, Paige K Durel and Julia L Durel.
A private family gathering will be held in his honor Wednesday, April 10th at 7:00 PM. 7409 Ashborne Dr., Harahan, La. 70123

Worked with Brett for a year. Good guy. Made a mean red beans and rice. Genuinely saddened to learn of his passing. Gonna make a trip to Kona for you dude! Godspeed!

Brett was my sweet and loving nephew. I will always remember his sweet smile and love. He will be greatly missed. He will always be in our hearts and May he rest in peace.
