Brett Barrows Obituary
Brett Shepherd Barrows, 20, of Dalton, died Sunday at home.
Born March 30, 1997 in Scranton, he was the son of Stephen N. Barrows, Johnson City, NY and Laurie Shepherd, Dalton.
Brett was a 2016 graduate of Abington Heights High School and was pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at Penn State University, Worthington Campus.
He was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Parish, Clarks Summit. A lover of music, he enjoyed playing the guitar. Brett had a unique sense of humor and a laugh unlike any other. He was a genuine person who brought joy to so many people. His kind and considerate heart will be missed by all who knew him.
Also surviving is a brother: Blake Barrows and a sister: Brittany Barrows, both of Dalton, maternal grandfather, Gary Shepherd, Factoryville; paternal grandmother, Maria Morlando Barrows, Endicott, NY, half-brother, Stephono Griffin of San Jose, CA, and half-sister, Mariah Griffin of Binghamton, NY
The funeral will be Saturday from Our Lady of the Snows, 301 South State Street, Clarks Summit, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am to be celebrated by Msgr. Joseph G. Quinn, pastor. Interment: Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst Twp.
The family will receive relatives and friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Jennings-Calvey Funeral and Cremation Service, Inc., 111 Colburn Avenue, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.
