Brian Joseph Cesar

Sheboygan - Brian Cesar, age 49, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, passed away on November 22, 2025. Born on December 30, 1975, Brian lived his life with a fierce passion for speed, mechanics, and the roar of the dirt-track.

From a very young age, Brian was a natural gearhead. He could fix just about anything - cars, engines, machinery - often turning wrenches with confidence and skill. That talent led him to his true joy: racing. Whether under the lights at Plymouth Dirt Track Raceway or tearing down the lanes at 141 Speedway, Brian found a home in the dirt and dust, surrounded by the community he loved most. The smell of gasoline, the vibration of the engine, and the camaraderie of the pits were where he felt most alive.

Brian is survived by his loving family and many, many friends who will deeply miss his mechanical brilliance, his racing spirit, his warm steady presence, and a full cooler of beer. He leaves behind a legacy of horsepower-fueled joy, and countless memories shared on race nights.

A celebration of Brian's life will be held at Racer's Hall, W4408 County Road C, Plymouth, Monday, December 15 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that friends and loved one's honor Brian's memory by supporting someone's journey to recovery through Samaritan's Hand.

Rest in peace, Brian. The track won't be the same without you.
