RIP Brian you had the best qualities to offer compassion, caring, thoughtful, kindness. I was so honored to have known you most of my life. Your spirit will carry on with everyone you knew, peace is now with you. I was so glad to have spent time with Brian over the Christmas Holidays and our wonderful conversations, the cottage will not be the same without you around but your spirit and soul will always be there. My deepest condolences to Uncle Fred and to Brians family and friends. Even though I will not be able to attend Brians farewell I am with you all with my heart.

All our love,

Kim, Pete, Sheldon & Kailey Skuce

No words can describe how we felt about Brian. He was a very loving and caring person. He was so good with all the kids over the years at the cottage - they all loved him as he would talk and play with them. I, too,
am having a hard time believing he is gone!!Miss and love you, Brian!!!

After watching you leave this world on August the 5th I was saddened. You were my only brother. I will miss you so. When arriving home in Hawkesbury my dear husband asked me to go for a short motorcycle ride to cheer me up. On the way home I looked up into the sky and the clouds were designed in the shape of two bushy eyebrows and a very wide smile. I take it Brian that you were sending me a sign. You stayed with me on the ride for about 15 minutes. It gave me great comfort. I love you and miss you. Please say hi to dad and tell him I love him too. Your sister Debbie

My thoughts and prayers to all of you. Brian was always warm and friendly to everyone who come into NMP school. He will be missed by many people from Regent Park. Blessings to you all.

Brian was one of the kindest, most patient and loving people I ever had the privilege to have in my life. I wish I had one more time to sit down and have a chinwag with him. He was always a support during difficult times. Miss you and thank you for everything. Brian always took time for the children of Regent Park and that is his greatest legacy. So many children in pain knew he would be there for them. RIP, my friend. You will be missed. If there is the equivalent of The Dominion in Heaven, I will see you someday for a shared beverage.

To: Dodd and Bayne families: Bri was my dear friend and Colleague. He was kind, gentle, and sweet. While I worked with Bri, I saw him do many kind things for others. He loved the community very much and he really had a heart of gold. Each day I would come to work and he would always greet me with his warm friendly smile and gentle hello. Each year when we returned from summer holidays, he would present me a lovely gift, always beaded jewlery (my favorite) each gift showed me that he put alot of thought into it. He made the best coffee ever each morning and it was our tradition to have a cup ask "what did you do last night?" I remember animated talks about his favorite place in the world, the cottage! I want you to know that he left an imprint on my soul as dear friends often do, and I will never forget him, Therea MacKinnon
