May God Bless you Brian and thanks for the laughter, mischief & memories we shared at all the family gatherings at the Old Homestead (Uncle Billy's) in West Norwalk. I hope you've found peace & laughter where ever you are. We will never forget you and forever miss your smiling face . . .

Brian is part of some of my most precious memories in my younger family life. We had many mischievous singing duets in the Kitchen of the old West Norwalk Homestead, and a great deal of laughter at the Tingets family gatherings & Sunday family open house gatherings held by "Uncle Billy". Brian was very active in sports, community & church. I hope you are (in spirit) somewhere still laughing and singing those jingles with other family members! Gone too soon! God Bless and may you rest in eternal peace!

I am very sad to learn about Brian's passing. I have known the Fitzgerald's for twenty years and you couldn't meet a more fun loving and kind family if you wanted to. I am also fortunate to work for the Laurel Athletic Club and spent a lot of time with Brian when he was the treasurer there. He often came in with his wife and Grandchildren for dinner and you saw how much he loved them and loved life in general. My heart goes out to the Fitzgerald family. Brian was a great man and I will miss him dearly.

To Gay and all of the Fitzgerald Children. When I read of the passing of your Brian I became overcome. It is not often that someone touches your life in such a positive way and asks for absolutely nothing in return. I was always amazed at the obvious love Brian had for you Gay and for all of his children. I don't think he ever missed a ball game that any of you participated in if he could help it. Brian was a good man, kind, fair and a good friend. I know the family has been through alot in the last two and one half years. There really are no words to say at a terrible time like this. You are blessed with a large loving family and that will see you through. Maybe today Brian is walking tall in God's kingdom in a place where there is no more suffering and no more pain.

Dear Gay and family - Working with Brian as auditor of the First Taxing District was both a priviledge and a pleasure. A great man who gave 110% with a genuine smile. He obviously loved his family and enjoyed life to the fullest. I believe someone like Brian doesn't truly leave this earth because he lives in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Wishing you comfort and peace,

I have very fond memories of Mr. Fitzgerald, having been in the same class with his son since grade school and getting to know the rest of the family during those years. What an awesome family man! Very cary, involved with his children and with a pleasant smile on his face. I will always remember that smile and his gentle nature. God Bless him and the entire family at this time and always.
