Brian Golder Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 23, 2024.
Brian David Golder, 44, entered eternal rest September 5, 2024 in Victorville, CA. Born on March 1, 1980, Brian was a vibrant and enthusiastic individual who dedicated his life to his family and his career. After graduating from Rim of the World High School in Crestline, CA., in 1999, he furthered his education at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo, CA., graduating with a degree in Marketing in 2003.

Brian's career spanned more than two decades in the Marketing and Sales sector, where he worked for various corporations before becoming a sought after Consultant across the country. His work was not only his career, but a passion fueled by his love of engaging with people and for building lasting relationships.

Brian's family was ever the cornerstone of his life. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Yuditsky Golder, his mother, Patricia L. Golder, his father, David S. Golder, his sister, Lisa L. Golder, his stepmother, Donna S. Golder, two nieces, Tabytha and Pandora Hames, and a nephew, Ezra Hames. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul and Evelyn Golder, and his maternal grandparents, Harold and Shirley Foster.

Brian's hobbies reflected his love for adventure with sports such as mountain biking, rock climbing, baseball, tennis, and fishing. His zest for life and his love for sports were evident to all who knew him. He was at home in the mountains, either in the Sierra Mountains or the San Bernardino National Forest, where he was raised on the Golder family ranch. He loved dancing, whether jazz, swing, or ballroom. His spirit was often in music, of all types of genres. He was a talented poet and writer of lyrics.

Brian's life was a testiment to his enduring joy and the deep connections he fostered throughout his life. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

A Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 3, at 2pm at St. Frances Xavier Catholic Church, where he was baptized and received his sacraments, located at 23079 Crest Forest Drive, Crestline, California, 92325. All family and friends are welcome. Brian's family will receive guests in the adjacent Saint Joseph Hall for time of remembrance and refreshments in celebration of Brien. Please join us.

Brian was always enthusiastic about everything he spoke of- driving he loved to drive- we came together on the BMW front and spent long conversations discussing the advantages of the ultimate driving machine. we were colleagues for 7 years and he always had a hand to lend and an ear to listen for a new idea and developed many along the way in the time I was working closely with him. He will be missed and its no secret to say he left this world far too early. Prayers and healing to his family. Miss you Bri.

Brian was always laughing and always smiling. I have many fond childhood memories causing trouble with Brian, either in Mrs. Cerwin´s class or CCD. When I think of him, the first thing that comes to mind is his laugh and vibrant energy. I am truly saddened to hear of this news. Sending you all lots of love and well wishes.

We were neighbors. When Brian was very young he had a crush on my daughter. He snuck up to our house on Christmas morning and left a teddy bear for her. I still remember him taking off and looking back to see if anyone saw him!
Years later he and my other daughter went to the Rim Prom as friends. He was a very sweet young man.
