Dear Aunt Statia, Uncle Jim, Wayne, Sandy, Kenny , Jessie, Christian, Moiria, Mathias, and families,
Paul and I want to extend to all of you our sincere and heartfelt condolences. No words are adequate at a time like this. 49 is too young, but Brian did pack alot in those 49 years. I have alot of memories of Brian and I think we are laughing in all of them. When i first met him,we were pretty small, they had just moved to Clarkson , and e were so excited to have Wayne and Brian to play with. He was almost my age, he read alot and was very smart. As a young adult, I remember sitting around the bonfire on the beach at one Kennedy family reunion many moons ago , it was a perfect night , the "older " generation had gone up to the house playing cards, or off to bed and the cousins were "bonding". we were sharing stories and telling jokes . well it was really Brian telling the jokes , he could just keep them coming , one after another and had us in stitches. Brian was also very kind, and non -judgemental. He was one of those people who didnt even like to kill bugs. Brian I am so sad I wont get to see you again, if I did I would tell you I loved having you as my cousin. You were a good person , you had a good heart. I am so sorry for all the family who mourn you especially Moiria and Mathias to lose your Dad so early . . Just keep faith and pray, and know he will be praying for you and looking out for you from a heavenly vantage point. Lots of love and prayers, Pat, Paul , Kevin and Philipxo

Brian was by far one of my favorite artists to work with over the past 14 years in the Vancouver film industry. I will always remember him as brilliant, talented, dedicated, calm and fair. He spoke very fondly of his children, and of your filmmaking work, Kristin. He was very proud of you, his family.
My heart is with you,

As a fellow 'brother of the brush' I worked with Brian in the day to day grind of the film industry where he was a dynamic painter. I remember him speaking fondly and proudly of Moria and Matthias. I will miss his erudite mind and quick wit. My deep condolences to Brian's family.

When the earth was young Brian and I shared an apartment and a cat. How lucky I was. I will always remember his good humour, the Granny knit socks, Bob Marley, The Clash, movies at The Phoenix....and so much more. Mr & Mrs. Jennings, Wayne and Sandy and family: Please accept my thoughts and prayers. Hey, Bri, I'll be listening to Red Red Wine tonight. Here's to you.

Dear Aunt Stasia, Uncle Jim, Wayne, (Sandy), Moira, Mathias, Kenny, Christian and to all the Jennings and Kennedy family.
I would like to convey on behalf of my husband and I our condolences. This is a shock and a very sad time indeed. Brian leaves us far too soon and I wish I had a chance to tell him one more time how lucky I was to have such a fun cousin.
Brian, I am going to miss your cute little laugh and smiley cheeks. You were always the quiet one in the background but I loved your humour. I admired your artistic ability and kept your high school cook book where you did all of the illustrations. I loved our last visits with you in BC and these will be my lasting memories of you. Your talents were exceptional and I was very proud to tell others of your work and accomplishments. You will be sorely missed and I wish you a peaceful journey.

Dear Mr and Mrs Jennings Senior, Wayne and Brian’s family;
Brian’s passing came with both shock and sadness to me. I knew Brian at St Pius X High School, which - depending on the day - seems like only a few weeks ago or centuries ago. Brian was full of life, full of promise and full of hope! He had such talent as an artist. And he was ready to take the world by storm. He had a wry sense of humour and a gentle kindness that are memorable all these 30 years later.
15 years ago, I lost my brother, so I know much of the sadness and grief that you must feel today. If it is any consolation, the passage of time will heal the pain and leave behind sacred memories.
My sincere condolences to you.

I knew Brian before he moved to British Columbia. I was really shocked when I heard about his passing. The last time I talked to him, he was looking forward to life out west with his wife and little girl. He was a special person.
I remember once, he stayed up all night at the hospital, with my sister and I, when my dad was dying. I'll never forget that.
He was funny, creative, and very, very, kind. A gentle soul and a good man.

I wish to express my deepest condolences on Brian's passing.
While I did not know Brian well, I do remember that ever present mischevious little grin. You never knew if he was enjoying a private joke or was about to pull your leg.
I know that he will be greatly missed by your family but also by his myriad of friends.
