I met Brian for the first time last month at the Merrimack Cardinals Football game. He took the time to come watch my son Brady and his fellow teammates play. He was also a substitute teach for Brady and it was his favorite teacher often giving him football pointers. It meant a lot to Brady when he showed up to his game last month and it seems like he has made a huge impact in the community especially with all the people showing up last night.

Mr. McKenna was a great substitute teacher and probably my favorite. He subbed for quite a few of my classes and was always the best part of the class. I remember when I took a Stephen King book to school and how he saw my with it and commented on it. He said that his favorite Stephen King book was The Stand. I enjoyed having him as a substitute teacher and will miss having him around to teach us and make us laugh.

Brian was my manager at UPS. Being the company nurse and learning the culture I always felt Brian had guided me with kindness and respect. He spoke highly of his wife and was very proud of his family. His humor and pranks were uncanny. Thank you for being part of my life Bri

My deepest sympathy to the Mckenna family. I worked for several years with Brian at Iron Mountain. He was such a great guy. Many years ago, he gave me a Xmas snow globe. Everytime I look at the snow globe, I think of him. I hope you find comfort in all of your memories.

I am heartfully sorry to read about the passing of an old friend and high school teammate. Brian and I played freshman and j.v. basketball for Holy Family. He was our center. Our big man. Tall. Strong. Determined. Aggressive.
I pray his family will be comforted by his
loving memories, humor and faith at this time. I pray that God heals their hearts as Brian enters heaven.
Thank you for all your wonderful, funny posts. You are missed already.
Love,
Paul Bolger
