Brian taught me so much. At a very tumultuous time in my life he provided me with friendship and fellowship in a way that I had never known. He and a few others created an amazing friend group of young people who stuck together and knew how to enjoy life while learning to be who they were. I will never forget my time with Brian O´Sullivan. Never. I learned so much from him that I still use today. He taught me about fun, finances and love. I loved this guy like a brother at one point. It´s been a great grief to learn of his passing as I do regret not reconnecting with him.
I am however , grateful for his life. I´m grateful that he was able to live many years past his early expectations. It lived with him when he learned of the need for a liver transplant, I recall him expecting to see no more than a dozen years past that. Reading his story here it seems that he got a whole lot more life. Love you cuz. Gumby forever.

Dear Annette...earlier today we heard about Brian's passing. I am so sorry and we wanted you to know that we are thinking of you and your family and sending our love. I had only met Brian on a few occassions. Through our connection and conversation and Les' involvement in his transplant, I learned what a courages and loving person he was to all who knew him. Thinking of you and sending much love.

I just now heard about Brian's passing. I with Brian and his family when he was getting his liver transplant. Brian gave me several Christmas ornaments in the immediate years after his transplant. Each year as I pull them out to put them on the tree it brings back fond memories of Brian and the time that I know him. I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you and your family.
