Wow... I can't believe this...
I met Brian when we played little league baseball for VOP. We were young and once I stopped playing we lost touch. I met his childhood best friend Ben when I started high school at Lincoln in SF. Ben and his brother George also played baseball at VOP. Ben and I started dating in 1998 which is when Brian and I reconnected. We hung out EVERY weekend for months and months. It was fun being silly with Brian as he always had these hair-brained ideas! I remember "streaking" with him late at night at Aptos Middle School! It was hilarious!
Even though we had lost touch again after many, many years, I won't ever forget him. To his family - you're all in my thoughts.
