Brian Keith Salsbery

Brian Keith Salsbery, 60, passed away on April 23, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.

He was born on September 25, 1962 in Charlottesville, Virginia to Robert Joseph Salsbery and Wilma Ada Reed. He was the oldest of four children.

Brian was a reliable and compassionate man who would give you the shirt off his back (although he'd like you to believe otherwise). He had a special personality that made everyone he came in contact with love him deeply. He had a relentlessly inappropriate sense of humor that will be missed by most. Above all else, he loved his kids and grandkids beyond measure.

After a lifetime of addiction, Brian passed proudly with his sobriety, just a couple months shy of receiving his 9 year chip. It's through the AA program that he built a strong support system and everlasting relationships.

In his spare time, he transformed his home into a peaceful space where he could spend time with his grandkids and relax with his animals. He especially enjoyed quiet mornings in his backyard with his dog Lei Lei on his lap.

Brian is survived by his children, Ashlei Salsbery, Krystee Miller, Whitney Jensen, Amber (Richard) Bird, and Colby Salsbery; His grandkids, Jordyn, Anberlin, Ellie, Mesa, Ava, and Noah; and his brothers, Eric and Kevin. He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Wendy; his most recent love, Barbie; and his sponsor, Tony.

We will be holding a Celebration of Life on Sunday, April 30th from 12-5 p.m. Please join us in his backyard at 1759 W 50 N, Provo, UT to share stories and remember our beloved Krampa.
