Brian Soderberg Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers from Jul. 31 to Aug. 8, 2015.
Brian Scott Soderberg
1959 ~ 2015

Brian Scott Soderberg, 56, of Coalville, Utah passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 28, 2015 surrounded by his family. Brian was born April 2, 1959 in Bremerton, Washington to James and Nancy Soderberg. He married Pamela Briley, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on June 5, 1999 in Park City.
Brian graduated from Bainbridge High School in Bainbridge Island, Washington in 1977. He moved to Park City in 1981 and quickly became a good friend to many in the community, working at Wolf Mountain Resort and The Alamo Saloon on historic Main Street. Brian loved fishing and boating with his best friend, Fred Struska. He enjoyed home improvement projects and commonly used his handyman skills to help others. Brian was also a big animal lover, especially to his dogs, cats and horses that shared his home with Pam in Coalville. Brian's big, kind heart and jovial spirit will always be fondly remembered.
Brian is survived by his parents, James and Nancy Soderberg; his wife, Pamela Soderberg; his sisters and their spouses, Rhonda (David) Flieder and Trudi (Robert) Bartholomew; and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Becky, Matthew, Danny, Addison and Miles. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, husband, son-in-law, brother-in-law and friend and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Animals of Utah, www.nuzzlesandco.org

Brian was always a kind soul and a great bartender. He always had a smile and a kind word to say. He was loved by so many in our small (use to be) town. He will be missed by so many. I hope he is shinning bright in the after life and playing and laughing with all of our other brothers and sister. I am sure they are laughing at us. RIP Brain...

I went to school with Brian. I loved his smile and laugh. One of my favorite memories was at our High School Graduation. He stopped the graduation line so his mom could a picture. Everyone had a good chuckle. My condolences to Brian's family. I hope your memories provide some comfort during this difficult time.

I will miss his even tempered countenance and the way he'd tip his head back just a tad while enjoying a good laugh. So sorry to Pam and family.
