Brian & Mark Eagles 1985
Mark Permann

My condolences to Brian's family. It's been nearly three years since he passed, and I only found out recently due to an upcoming 30th Tom Clark High School Reunion. I spent a great deal of time with Brian as a Boy Scout (the photo is he and I, with our Scoutmaster Lynn Arnold; we both achieved Eagle together and it's definitely something I would not have done without his companionship and the support also of his parents, Hop and Helen, who were the epitome of good people. I remember Brian as a kind and calm young man who envied me for having four sisters (he had none!). I am sorry that he died young; may he rest in peace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. We were childhood friends, we lived down the street. Brian actually taught me how to tie my shoes when we were in preschool. Please know that your family will be in our prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I only knew Brian as a little boy running around the room while his Dad Hop led our Scout Troop 127. Hop was my first and favorite scoutmaster sand my dads best friends. Doug was Senior Patrol leader and like a big brother to me in Scoring. The Ungers were one of the best families I knew while growing up so its no surprise that Brian was such a great man. Again we are all heartbroken for your loss. Thoughts and prayers. Nick
