I wrote on social media that Brian Wilson's music changed my life. Someone replied that it actually saved their life. I thought about that for a moment. And I realized that Brian's music probably saved my life too. I hope that Brian is experiencing the best the afterlife has to offer. God only knows he deserves it.

Our sincere condolences to Brian´s family. We enjoyed his musicin concert many times. Brian´s music and The Beach Boys made us dream and will be enjoyed by many generations.The harmony was excellent, an octave above other groups. Live long "California Girls."

I loved his music. They were such an integral part of my pre-teen and teen years. Whenever I went to the beach, I wanted to listen to Beach Boys music.
About a year ago, I watched The Long Promised Road and my heart really broke for him. He was a person I wished I had personally known but feel like I did due to his music, especially In My Room. I would have given him a hug and told him he was loved.

Rest in Peace Brian. I grew up in Redondo Beach listening to your music. You will be forever in my heart the best musician and group in my lifetime. You will be missed..

I grew up listening to your music-some of the best melodies ever created by any band. As a kid, I loved all of the Beach Boys´ songs, but Wouldn´t It Be Nice was always my favorite.

As I got older, I fell in love with God Only Knows, and to this day, it´s my favorite song of all time.

I was shocked to tears and saddened when I heard of Brian's passing today. We have lost a musical giant! I'm also a musician and listening to Brian's melodies taught me to harmonize as a child. I will miss seeing him at the piano. He now teaches the Angels to harmonize in Heaven. With love and sympathy.

My favorite album is pet sounds nothing can combat it. One day i wanna make an album just like pet sounds and if i could ever go back in time id love to be there as Brian assembled the greatest piece ever.

My dad passed away 25 years ago yesterday and I still miss him greatly. The pain does soften but the missing of our loved ones never goescawau.
