Brian David Winer

I just learned of Brian's passing. I am so sorry for your loss. Brian was one of the kindest, smartest, most decent men I have ever met. He will be missed.

I am so sad at the loss of Brian.

He was my older cousin.

Yet even as a child Brian never treated me with anything except kindness and always
with his wonderful, gentle sense of humor.

My thoughts are with Idelle and Leah.

Brian was an insightful lawyer and a witty conversationalist. I would call him to ask a quick question about a lawsuit we were both defending, and it would often turn into a 30 minute laugh-fest. I will miss him. He was a true mensch.

I worked against Brian on several occassions through the years. On one case we took 72 depositions and travelled all over the country. He had an interesting perspective on life. He was thorough and a real gentleman. He will be missed.

Dear Idelle and Leah,
Brian was a special person. You have my deepest sympathy. I enjoyed the times we spent together, all our talks. I will never forget him and the things he taught me.
