I am a classmate of Bricker. I did not keep in touch with him after law school, but I really enjoyed him in law school. I would read about him and the numerous accolades. He will be missed. God's peace my friend.

Griff - Your brother was one of the good ones in highschool. Certainly is nice to know that did not change. I am so sorry to learn of his passing.

Tonja, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. The newspaper article portrayed what a great asset Bricker was to the community in general but the loss to individuals who loved him cannot be measured. My heart goes out to you.

Although it has been many years since I knew both you and Bricker even some years before Mike and Francie moved to Sanibel, I wanted to express my heartfelt sympathies at Bricker's passing. I am sure you will find comfort in his remarkable life and legacy.

My deepest sympathy to Tonja. I am sure Bricker was even more irreplaceable for her than for the rest of the world. But to those of us who knew him, he was not only a valued companion, but an inspiration. The world is a lesser place without him.

Bricker was a friend and an inspiratation. I will miss him.

Bricker and I were not close friends but, whenever I was with him, he extended a warmth and friendliness that made me feel like one of the cool kids. I always appreciated and admired his good nature, humor, and spirit in spite of whatever was happening in his body.

Bricker was among Hamline Law's earliest graduates and was honored in 2000 with its Distinguished Alumni Award. His long-standing leadership of pro bono programs in the Twin Cities exemplified Hamline's tradition of public service. We are very proud of the life he lived and will miss him dearly.

Bricker will be greatly missed by the legal community. I had the good fortune to take a consumer law class taught by him when I was in law school. He championed the rights of the poor. My sincere sympathies to Tonja and his family.

For 25 years, Bricker, my good friend, a source of laughter, wisdom, mother-henning, compassion, and art. When I was hurt or needed help, Bricker was there. When I was happy he encouraged more happiness. Bricker was courage, the toughest guy I ever met.

Tonja, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. Briker will be missed by many in the pro bono community, where his work engaged and encouraged others, and made a lasting impact.
